Who We Are
NXTGen Law Group is headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, at 100 South Elm Street in the heart of downtown. Our practice covers the full arc of legal challenges that ordinary people face at difficult moments, from a DWI stop on a Friday night, to a car accident that changed everything, to a custody dispute that cannot wait. Whatever the matter, clients come to us when the stakes are real and they need a team that is paying attention.
The firm also operates as Keith and Associates. Our senior partner, Jason L. Keith, is licensed to practice in the NC Eastern and Middle Federal District Courts, a credential that most Greensboro-area criminal defense firms do not hold. That federal access matters when a case crosses into federal jurisdiction.
